The Paradigm Integrated Healthcare Plan:

The Paradigm Integrated Healthcare Plan is an innovative employee benefit program. This plan aligns seamlessly with federal Affordable Care Act (ACA) regulations, providing a pathway for employers and employees to access valuable integrated health plans. Rather than offering a "free money" grant, the Paradigm Integrated Healthcare Plan enables the redistribution of payroll taxes toward specific benefits authorized by the ACA.

Our Platform:

  • Improves health outcomes through early intervention.

  • Reduces unnecessary healthcare costs for employees and employers.

  • Leverages pre-tax funding to enhance access to personalized, voluntary benefits.

The Paradigm Integrated Healthcare Plan, adheres to ACA guidelines and uses advanced predictive analytics to enhance employee health while controlling healthcare costs. The integrates data from medical and pharmacy records, genetics, biometrics, and more to predict individual and group health risks up to 3-5 years in advance, allowing for targeted interventions. Validated by the Intel/GE Care Innovations Institute, it has demonstrated an 80-93% reduction in ER visits and hospitalizations, improving quality of life and financial outcomes for organizations.

Advantages for Employers and Employees

Tax Savings for Employers

The Paradigm Integrated Healthcare  Plan reduces employer tax obligations.

1

Increased Affordability of Benefits for Employees

Employees can make pretax contributions to fund their Integrated Healthcare Plan, making additional insurance or health services more affordable without impacting net pay.

2

Lower Taxable Wages for Employees

Employee contributions are not subject     to income tax, resulting in reduced taxable income and higher take-home pay.

Note:
Tax benefits stem from the structure of the Self-Insured Medical Reimbursement Plan, which uses pre-tax funding. Employers benefit from reduced FICA taxes, while employees only realize tax advantages if they actively participate in the plan and earn the reimbursement after-tax. Without participation, any reimbursement becomes taxable, negating the financial benefit.
